one can barely read a post about any of this without having -speculation- presented as hard evidence.

Fact is, none of us know very much about what happened, but that doesnt stop most americans from spewing nonsense.

Im glad dude is in custody. That he killed a juvenile and was walking free was absurd. But remember the burden of proof is on the prosecution.
