In the end you could expect the final "society" to be of a very diverse group of very intelligent people who have 1) acting experience 2) community building experience 3) skillset improvement 4) showed social mobility and social interaction.

They'd all leave with a good resume. Assuming they lasted a year. Or three.

A lot of Survivor people went on to do acting, so I think acting is their primary goal, starting their own reality shows and whatnot. Getting casting calls, etc. Most of the people appear to be open minded, free spirited people, who would have acting skills.

That said, they probably get $2-3k an episode or something like that, so they are making good money. I know at least Red implied he'd be putting all of his money back into his business, buying stuff like epoxy to do certain jobs right.
