the video, but this story reminds me of the Family Guy episode where Peter was making a sex flick. At one point during the making of the movie, he told Joe to get out of his wheelchair and walk, but Joe told him that he can't, so Peter electrocuted him with some stick.
Just like with Peter Griffin, Kanye's crazy ass apparently thinks that a paraplegic person can automatically get up and walk immediately.
