(10,559 posts)Okay, I am voting for Genesis. I *loved* all of them, but my final logic is this --
The photographer who took the "Genesis" picture, with its exploding lines all leading to little "seeds of creation" makes me think of an everyday sight in a totally different way. By pulling in the title of "Genesis" with its creation mythology and even Star Trek references, I see the "lines" as part of a larger "whole" - as part of ALL of creation, radiating outward, even though the *actual* item being photographed is probably smaller than a quarter. It also reminds me of kaleidoscopes, as if it will "change" if I look at it from a different angle.
Does that make sense? Am I doing this right?
This is hard! I can also *very* easily justify votes for all of the rest of them, but dammit! I'm sticking to Genesis.
I think.
If I don't change my mind before the voting ends.
Thank you!
