I am convinced that the average amoeba is far more capable of rational thought and responsible activity than Mr. Wade.

On the other hand, as a living organism, the amoeba does produce what we could politely call "waste." I am far more comfortable in calling Mr. Wade a tiny, insignificant speck of amoeba shit.
