in his world only white girls are allowed to be educated and take birth control pills and still have sex. Black girls are supposed to just say no to sex.

Makes me think of the term "animal". We spay and neuter our pets and even some livestock. I guess we could spay those black girls. Or maybe spay and neuter both sexes. Yeah, that'll do it.
