who were watching from the office building above. Witnesses had asked them to stop and they ignored them. So they called the police.

Listen to the tape. The cop was polite the entire time. He didn't see a white john and a black prostitute. She brought up race and accused him of racism for asking for her and her boyfriend/husband/whatever's identity. She threw a screaming ranting hissy fit. Her boyfriend/husband/whatever simply complied with the cop's request.

Note, too, that it was a request. Not a demand. A request. She sounds like a raving asshole on the tape. I'm a woman and I've had to work with raving nutcases like that before. Usually 20-something blond princesses who have been taught that if they throw a tantrum everybody will drop everything and apologize to them for whatever imaginary injury they claim has been inflicted. A real treat.
