This is brainwashing and conditioning the masses for the police state.

PLEASE DO NOT GO OUTDOORS AND REMAIN AWAY FROM WINDOWS OR OPENINGS TO THE OUTSIDE.

OMG, BE AFRAID!!! Don't walk by your windows, crawl on the floor. If the cops break your door in - without a warrant, of course - be grateful that they're keeping you safe!
