Calling for Revolution is easy. Managing the fall out often fails miserably, leading to strong man rule locally. The willful ignorance of assuming that all will turn out well, is foolishness. You have to replace it with what you want, not nothing.

The ravings of that cult, led by Libertarians, Birchers and rightwing religionists effectively leaves a vacuum to be filled by theocrats and strong men, and there will be no appeal for those who don't agree with their dogma.

You either reform the police by participation, or by default you are agitating for a society of armed persons to take their place. There is no middle ground when the ones with money have guns. They always have enforced their religion, their prejudices and their own interests on others.
