I can not remember the last time I smoked an analog cig. The coughing is gone and physically I feel better.

I started at 36 strength level and this weekend, I got 12 strength level. For the most part I respect the cigarette rules and do not vape where one could not smoke.

I don't care what anyone thinks. For me, this has been the best method to stop smoking. I have tried hypnotics, patches, pills and cold turkey. None worked for more than a few weeks. This it has been a few months and I do not forsee returning to regular smoking. I will try it at 12 a couple weeks or month and then step down to 6 and once I get to 0 I don't plan on even vaping. My kids have friends that are vaping at 0 just to do it when others are vaping. I don't care. My intent is to stop smoking so for me...it is working!
