I can give you some good companies.

For juice, I recommend Mt. Baker Vapor. Their juice, custom made to order, starts at $4.95 for a 15ml bottle; $7.49 for a 30 ml bottle; and $39.99 for a 236 ml (8 oz) bottle.

I recommend Completevape.com for starter kits. The shipping is free and the prices are reasonable.
