25 countries send 1000 persons (or 50/500) each to serve under the exclusive authority of the United Nations. During their service the forswear any national identity. They are paid at the same rate per rank as American service members. Any new military technology by any member nation is given to the World Armed Service for a period of 5 years.
They should be trained to speak Mandarin, Spanish and English (the top 3 common languages).
