If the good ones had the balls to get rid of the bad ones.
Until there is an effort to weed the rotten apples out of police departments, they will all be judged by the behavior of the most corrupt and brutal among them.
This guy doesn't seem to get that.
And BTW, it isn't just cops, no profession does an adequate job of self policing. Doctors, lawyers, you name it, even teachers are overly protective of the few that give them a bad name. I guess it's "there but for the grace of god go I" or something, but it's pervasive and it's wrong.
