A soon as the economy improves and people can get a new job, they leave those crappy jobs with unbearable working conditions (bad bosses, illegal overtime, etc.). I'm thinking specifically of those jobs at the online retailer's warehouses that sound like working in hell. Prepare to hear a lot of "we can't find people to do those jobs" crap soon. And I'll bet working conditions 'surprisingly' get better that those businesses...
