disagree with some points in your post.
A good University needs to have a vast amount of knowledge that includes far more than begging skills.
I don't disagree that many college presidents fit description you used. But not many who are as public ally ignorant as this guy.
Anyone who could possibly believe that the Earth is only 10,000 years old has worked hard trying to stay ignorant.
My guess is that most politicians claiming to be creationists are pandering for votes.
