I'm going to assume that all the creditors (the "hedge funds, banks and lien holders&quot are going to be first in line to profit off the pickings. And then the state will turn around and sell it to another private concern again?

Hoosiers should demand that the state take back the road. Or at least I hope that no one else will want to buy the lease, since it's purportedly a non-money-making venture. But something tells me that a lot of people are making a lot of money in these leases and bankruptcies. As the world turns ...
