They did evacuate the volunteers from this area, so I think they are on the ball.
You are very right, it is about as simple as having access to clean water, soap, bleach and the knowledge that these things can be taken care of like that. Things we take for granted here.
When I think about how the koch brothers and their kind have billions and billions of dollars, when no one family really needs that, it just makes me sick. Every human on earth should have access to clean water and a way to protect themselves from germs.

Ebola is scary.....but it's highly unlikely to cause any problems in the U.S.
