plausible reason Holder kissed the boots of Wall Street was what happened when Enron was dismantled. Had a Aurthur Anderson Branch office as a client at the time. Some fourteen hundred people dumped in the street and this branch only did business in the upper mid west. All of these folks did not have anything to do will Enron but they still got whacked. Could this have been a contributing factor in not touching the Lords and Ladies of the Dollar? Just my observation.
