Of course they are going to claim that, as soon as they see the question, they know it is about valuing one viewpoint over the other.

Usually they are miserable, because some poor person out there is getting some help and won't be miserable enough for them to gloat over. They are upset at the number of Latino migrants, unhappy that there is a Black President, and unhappy that nonwhite people don't keep their place generally. They are miserable that people have sex outside of marriage and quite angry about the advances women have made.

They are pissed off that the majority don't live by the rules they think everyone should live by.

Single people could be as happy as married people. Another conservative wish, that single people would be unhappy. They want to feel like they have it better. This is all there is to it.
