15. OJ Simpson cut the heads off of 2 people in a densely populated area

He was high on meth and an athlete. Used a Stilleto, about 6-inch blade length and apparently it was not that noisy or difficult for him.

OJ allegedly tried to sell the murder weapon to a collector:
