one of the best, wittest Gov's we ever had. She and Molly Ivins are what real Texas women look and act like. Funny, fiesty and tough. Hell, you have to be that way to put up with Texas men. Texas has always been hell on women and horses.

Lady Bird and Nelly are what 'well heeled' Texas women are like...but the average Texas woman will 'kick yor ass' if you give her too much trouble. Even our little old grannies can kick ass if you get them riled up.
