You don't hear many "Bill is totally different behind the scenes" stories. Mostly you hear stories about how Bill is an egomaniac jerk to everyone at Fox. There's a reason Megyn Kelly sticks it too him when she can. That blow hard act isn't an act anymore. That's him.
