27. There needs to be a fundamental change, I agree.

Increasingly, based upon all these recent scandals, it seems like the secret service is being staffed as if it's an agency providing make-work jobs for slacker rich kids who want to party/ho 24/7. I want to be wrong, but it seems like every six months, another story emerges affirming the failure of the Treasury Department to hire even minimally competent professionals.

If I'm out of line or way incorrect in my assessment, please tell me.
