I did say the Marines would probably do a better job, so long as we are comfortable with more killing. I also didn't say all of them dislike him. I said they probably dislike him more than the SS does... To clarify, I meant that as a collective group.

Sometimes I wonder if people think that just because someone (military) doesn't like the President that they would somehow not do their duty.

It is all about respect for the rank and authority even if you do not respect the person. Shit half the Officers I was under I didn't respect, but would follow their orders like a good Soldier does.

I didn't agree with the Iraq war (Part 2) under Bush, but I went and did my job. Many of my Soldiers were not happy about being there either, but we all did our job.
