Flights from Nigeria are much cheaper than from the other three, so that might be an option people would take, and there are direct flights to the US from Nigeria.

Nigeria is listed, even though it is not currently in the midst of a serious Ebola outbreak, but it's easy to fly there from the other three countries.

I didn't exhaust all of the possibilities, but only listed the most common flights: the ones most people would choose if they were headed to the US. For other destinations, there may be many other options.
