4. How can a Governor go from a 33% approval rating

to being tied, or even ahead, in the Governor's race? A majority of people would absolutely have to detest Charlie Crist. Then how in the world Crist ever win the Primary? Democrats hate Crist and will vote for Scott? It all doesn't make any sense.
