6. You do breath recycled air.

To keep the cabin pressurized, only a percentage of the air is released through the outflow valve and there's a little leakage. The rest is returned to the ECS (environmental control system) where some bleed air from the engines is added and the process repeats. You breath anything that can be air borne.
