feral cat colonies, but most of us don't want to kill them either.

Ergo, we have Trap, Neuter, Return policies to ensure that those feral cats cannot reproduce, and eventually, they die out of natural causes.

There are trap and kill programs, which are cruel and they aren't very effective either.

I'm pretty sure that a T&K program for Republicans would be illegal as well as immoral, and it would not be effective either...
