37. i agree, even if Clinton wasn't going to run i don't think Warren would get in the race

one difference between Warren and Obama is that Obama was into politics since his younger days when he was a student. yes he may not have been in the Senate for long, but he was an activist for decades and in the state senate. politics was not new to him.

in Warren's case it seemed like she voted republican for many years and it's more recently where she voted democratic. but even then she doesn't seem to have been very political. but it's clear why she wanted to get into the senate when she did and that is ok when it comes to something like the senate.

but in a presidential race people demand to know much more. just think of how all the things candidates did in their teens, 20s etc comes out.

as for the performance art i just think it's part of the whole culture of people needing fame, attention etc. you see it on things like facebook , twitter, reality tv shows. for some it's a website like DU and getting recs and responses .

some have actually accused others of being jealous for not getting as many recs as some others.
