It's not at all a reflection of the party establishment, and perhaps a 4 when it comes to Democratic voters in general. That's not to say that Democratic voters in general would disagree with the positions taken on DU-- just that, for whatever reason, they aren't priorities for them or they aren't aware of those issues.
