and how OUR Texas hospitals should operate. They think OUR Texas hospital system should follow the same regulations as other hospitals in this country, but, WE ARE NOT like other states - WE ARE TEXAS - we don't DO regulations. We call it Texan Exceptionalism. We DO everything right - the rest of the country should be more like Texas.
