Obama expanded Whistleblower protections. Does that mean it's open season on national security? You know, if one person was found guilty of selling military secrets to China and received, say a life sentence, those numbers would be bumped right up there, too.
So to compare collective months of prison time is ridiculous and shows that Risen is grasping for straws.
