27. He's had so many roles in DC it's easy to conflate--he's done well for a House member.

He was at OMB, at the WH, and then of course Defense and CIA. I'm probably more aware of him than most because I've interacted with him in the distant past.

Last House member to do as well was Big Dick Cheney outta Wy!! Of course, he had ultimate clout--he got away with shooting a guy in the face!
