Unfortunately, sick people are arriving from west Africa through connecting flights in western Europe. There is little way to tell who's who on any given flight.

The outbreak is still small at this point because the disease is not that easy to catch. People from Africa know not to hide their illness here because we are still able to treat it here if we catch it early enough.

The people at tremendous risk here are nurses. Better barrier protection needs to be purchased and used to protect them.
