googled: This is a list of people pardoned by President Barack Obama. As granted by the Constitution, "executive clemency may take several forms, including pardon, commutation of sentence, remission of fine or restitution, and reprieve."[1]

(Obama has pardoned about 50 people)

Definitions:
A pardon is an executive order vacating a conviction.[2]
A commutation is the mitigation of the sentence of someone currently serving a sentence for a crime pursuant to a conviction, without vacating the conviction itself.[3]
