criminals starting with Karl Rove and his minions not to mention the judge, who was recently arrested for domestic abuse and will or did get a slap on the wrist.

I think people should also be calling the DOJ demanding that they rescind that conviction completely considering all the evidence of corruption involved in that case. A pardon will get him out of jail, but will not restore his excellent reputation.

This DOJ did exactly that for Republican Sen. Ted Stevens, they overturned that conviction due to some shenanigans in that trial, which didn't even compare to what went on in Don Siegelman's case.

But they refused to do the same for Gov Siegelman.
