Seriously, if Rick Scott gets re-elected, the state of Idaho won't be the stupidest state in the United States to live in anymore.
If there was a contest, and I believe that political contests count as contests, it's a toss-up to see who wins that most coveted title amongst the Republican elitists and the wealthy.
