(27,310 posts)24. It did make me laugh and they do say that they donate to the causes that their T-shirts espouse but,
they are not transparent about it.
My own daughter at age 6, held some very strong feminist views and at age 8, stronger still and better able to express them intelligently and coherently. (6-8 is the age range of the girls in the video.)
Likely, I could have made a video of her, using her own voice... expressing her own unscripted views... and encouraged her to throw a few fucks and motherfuckers into her sentences, I think she would have enjoyed that.
But this feminist know that is not what is going on here.

They are not doing it for feminism. They are doing it to make money. It is a for profit company.

I agree. But I don't agree with the ad campaign to sell T-shirts. FCKH8 is a for profit company...
