I have no idea if this man acted violently to either the ex girlfirend who said he did, or to the police. In this day and age, if you are having convulsions due to the collapse of your heart, the police are likely to see that as being a case of yr "resisting arrest."
We need to start hassling all the state legislators and all the members of Congress to make it a damn felony to kill a citizen who is unarmed, and yet killed by tasering and "resisting arrest."
The principle of innocent until proven guilty loses a lot of its meaning if you can be killed just because the police do not like the look on your face, t he color of your skin, or your past priors.
