Before Obamacare, whooping cough wasn't occurring as frequently in California. (Anti-vaccination fears have led to a shocking increase in the number of pertussis cases in California.)

Before Obamacare, no gunman had ever shot up the Canadian Parliament. And Obamacare has never apologized to the Canadian government or people.
