5. Now, now. The right to own guns in this country

is much more important than any right to stay alive, don't you know?

We really need an irony thingy.

I just despise the way every time any sort of shooting occurs (and considering that 30 people die every day from guns in this country, out of nearly 300 shot every day it's pretty much nonstop) the gun apologists get all sanctimonious about how we can't possibly do anything about it, because after all, the 2nd amendment.

The only thing to be somewhat grateful for is that only two are dead, the shooter and one of the two he shot.
