126. In respect of privacy

I won't give names but here is my list:

A young coworker who has one of the sharpest minds I have ever worked with. He took to a complex analysis package very quickly (far quicker than I did)

One of my college roommates who is now an engineer in Southern California

A friend from church who is now an Asst Super. of Schools

A high school friend who is now a prominent lawyer in the community I went to high school in

Another friend of mine who is now a high school choir director

As a bonus a friend from Jr. ROTC who died tragically as a young man from heart disease. That one hurts.

Of course you also have the famous individuals. My current favorite is Neil deGrasse Tyson because I have an interest in science and technology education, and I think he did a fine job with the latest Cosmos (not to mention his earlier projects to popularize science).
