6. Gun laws are like drug laws

Guns laws don't really prevent anyone from getting a hold of a gun and killing someone.
Just like drug laws don't really prevent anyone from not being able to purchase drugs.

You could ban all guns, and people would still get a hold of one and kill if that is their intent.
