23. As it stands now, never. The ACA has made it nearly impossible

If the president had gotten something in the "negotiations ", like lowering the Medicare age to 60, or a public option, we might have been on the road to SP. But by giving in to Insurance and Pharma entirely, he had made Medicare For All just about impossible.
