51. I think you may be onto something with the PTSD--esp in WI...

I have been canvassing several times now--Dem, Mary Burke against Scott Walker. There is a real feel of hopelessness out there (sometimes I feel it myself--although now quite PTSD). But the trauma of 2010 with Russ Fiengold gone to a Teabagger Ron Johnson coupled with voting in all Republicans for our Senate and Assembly and GOV (our Supreme Court is now owned by #KOCH)--is very traumatizing. I had hopes until mid week when the last poll put Walker ahead by 7pts). They had been tied all summer. I still asked people to vote as I canvassed and I hope my 'down and out-ness' did not show
