9. Food preparation hygiene is a concern for the poor also, there's a legit reason for the regulation.

If you really are advocates for the poor as equals, why should they have no protection from food safety laws that protect everyone? Are the poor not deserving of the same protection, or is it take what you can get, poor folk, and be grateful?

What difference does it make how old the person is who is giving out the free uninspected food, no matter the good heart?
