4:03 PM PT: Virginia Senate is "too early to call" -- a disappointment in a race that seemed more safely Blue than Mitch McConnell in Kentucky.
However, in 2012 it was 'too early to call' too, and Obama won. I think Warner will win--but it's closer than expected.
