When I was 15 I was quite eager to have sex.

The reason a 15 year old (as opposed to a YOUNG boy) won't come forward is because neither they nor their peers think of themselves as victims.

Also, since her partner was post-pubescent, she is an ephebophile, and NOT a pedophile.

Wiki says this "Generally, the preference is not regarded by psychologists as a pathology when it does not interfere with other major areas of one's life, and is not listed by name as a mental disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5), the ICD-10, or as a paraphilia." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ephebophilia

And there is nothing to say that she even has that preference.
