Whether you wanted sex was not a question. Would you willingly have sex with a 47 year old woman, when you were 15? The whole, but she's hot....What if the woman wasn't hot and did the exact same thing? Does she get also pass on rape? Or is it really rape, because she wasn't pretty enough?

That is why society has age of consent laws. Minors are not considered to be mature enough to freely give consent to a much older person who can manipulate them. Often through means of drugs and alcohol that diminishes their capacity.

The questions

Is this the reason young boys don't come forward? Have men always been like this or is the result of the shaming young girls have endured now transferred to the young boys?
