41. How do the black voters of Kentucky feel about her?

I guess it's not a huge percentage of the population, but African American voters could provide her with edge she might need to put her over the top in this hypothetical future race. And my guess is they might tend to resent the slap in the face she gave the first black president.

Fairly or unfairly, she's damaged goods.
